Jessie Ladson
President / Owner
Jessie Ladson is the Founder and President of Ladson Construction, an award-winning general contractor based in Jacksonville, FL. With over 13 years of experience and having managed over $400 million in commercial construction projects, Jessie has established himself as a respected leader in the construction industry.
After graduating from the University of North Florida in 2009 with a BS in Construction Management, Jessie furthered his education with an MBA from the University of Phoenix in 2012. Before founding Ladson Construction in 2017, he held key leadership positions at two of the nation’s largest commercial construction firms, where he successfully managed multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
As President, Jessie oversees all financial and operational aspects of Ladson Construction. His responsibilities include complete team management, project oversight from preconstruction through completion, budget preparation and analysis, schedule management, procurement, contract administration, and coordination between all project participants. Under his leadership, Ladson Construction has expanded its portfolio from tenant improvement projects in the $1-5 million range to larger commercial construction projects in the $10 million range, with plans to expand further.
Outside of his career as a general contractor, Jessie is a dedicated family man who is always looking for ways to express his creativity and positively impact his community.

Jacob Kelly
Operations Manager
Jacob oversees all aspects of preconstruction, field operations, and project management. With close to a decade of industry experience, he is responsible for leading multiple departments through all stages of a project to ensure schedules, budgets, and client satisfaction are achieved. His background in project management gives him an understanding of every aspect of a construction project and allows him to provide leadership to the teams at Ladson Construction.
Jacob has successfully managed numerous notable commercial construction projects for several notable clients throughout his career. His portfolio includes extensive improvement projects throughout the region that encapsulate large-scale interior renovations and new commercial construction developments.
As Ladson Construction continues to expand its portfolio across Northeast Florida, Jacob plays a key role in driving operational excellence and strengthening client relationships while keeping quality and accountability at the center of every project.
Kelly Lamoureux
Controller
Kelly oversees all financial operations and reporting, providing comprehensive financial guidance to senior management through detailed evaluation and analysis of key data points. Since joining Ladson Construction in 2022, she has established financial controls that support the company’s growth while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
With over a decade of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of North Florida, she brings an analytical approach focusing on accurate reporting and maintaining the company’s financial health. Her responsibilities include managing all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems to ensure compliance with GAAP standards and regulatory requirements across private contributions, loans, and government contracts.
Kelly’s strong attention to detail enables Ladson Construction to make informed business decisions and maintain the financial stability necessary for continued growth in the commercial construction industry.
