With the completion of phase one, our team is ramping up to begin phase two on Control Southern. The industrial site is located in North Jacksonville. The existing warehouse was torn down to make way for the new manufacturing plant that will be built on the newly constructed building pad. Along with site work, the existing retention pond at the back of the property is being restructured to allow adequate drainage from the new building.

Cleared Site at Control Southern
The original building housed a fleet trailer company who purchased, housed, and rented out semi-trailers from various manufacturers. The land was primarily used for storage of the vessels along with inside the building, which also housed the office spaces.

While phase one for Control Southern included site work, demolition, and restructuring of the pond – phase two will encompass the construction of the new building. The building will use over 39,000SQ FT between office space and the manufacturing plant. The permit for the project is currently being reviewed by the City of Jacksonville.
