The re-arrangement of multiple tenants at the Park Central Plaza in Orange Park, FL made room for the newest Hagan Ace Hardware location. With ten other locations open in the Northeast Florida region, the newest addition brings the family legacy to a new part of town.
The hardware store took over two existing tenant spaces, which were occupied by Clerk of Court and New Way Hearing. The businesses relocated to new suites in the shopping center within walking distance of their original locations. Newly renovated spaces allows these businesses to serve their customers in updated locations.
New Way Hearing has been located in the Park Central Plaza for 10+ years. They have built an established client base that relies on their services and expertise in the hearing industry. Their new location offers multiple exam rooms that are equipped with acoustical “sound booths” that block out external noises to create a quiet environment.
With a neutral interior design, the hearing clinic updated their existing furniture and décor to highlight their new space. With accented carpet that draws the eyes down the hallway, the 1700 square foot suite maximizes their space for patient privacy and office use.
In addition to New Way Hearing, the Orange Park Clerk of Court relocate their office to another suite in the Park Central Plaza. The new location features multiple customer-serving desks to allow the office to support multiple customers simultaneously. The branch allows Orange Park residents to apply to make payments, apply for licensing and passports, and more.
